Products & Specifications

What types of mirrors do you sell?

We offer wall mirrors (oval, rectangular, round, and irregular shapes), floor mirrors (freestanding designs), table mirrors (vanity and dressing table styles), and decorative reflectors. Our products range from small 14x22 cm table mirrors to large 180 cm floor mirrors.

What materials are your mirrors made from?

Our mirrors feature frames made from natural wood (oak, mango, bamboo, pine), MDF, metal, ceramic, and upholstered materials including velvet. Mirror glass is either float glass (3-4mm thick) or laminated glass with metallic reflection.

Are the measurements exact?

Product measurements have a tolerance of ±3 cm due to the handcrafted nature of many of our mirrors. This is standard for artisan-made home décor products.

Do mirrors come with installation hardware?

Installation hardware may or may not be included depending on the specific product. Please check individual product descriptions for details. Wall-mounted mirrors typically include hooks on the back for easy hanging. Screws for wall mounting are not included.

Do I need to assemble the mirrors?

Assembly is not required for most products. Mirrors arrive ready to hang or use. Check the product description for any assembly requirements.

Are your mirrors suitable for bathrooms?

Our mirrors are designed for indoor use. While they can be used in bathrooms, we recommend ensuring proper ventilation to prevent moisture damage to wooden or upholstered frames.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select the mirror you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and debit cards through secure checkout powered by Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at contact@pynvo.com or +1 501-453-0904 to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Due to the fragile nature and varying dimensions of our mirrors, shipping fees reflect the actual cost of safe delivery.

• 0-5 kg (small table mirrors): $9.99
• 5-12 kg (medium wall mirrors): $16.99
• 12-22 kg (large wall mirrors): $24.99
• 22-35 kg (floor mirrors): $34.99
• 35+ kg (extra large): $44.99

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing. Total delivery time is approximately 7-13 business days from order placement.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient and safe delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your delivery.

How are mirrors packaged?

All mirrors are carefully packaged with protective materials including bubble wrap, foam padding, and reinforced cardboard to prevent damage during transit. Large mirrors and floor mirrors receive additional corner protection and double-boxing when necessary.

What if my mirror arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at contact@pynvo.com or +1 501-453-0904 within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard packaging materials. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging intact, and not show signs of installation or use. See our complete Return & Refund Policy for details.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at contact@pynvo.com or +1 501-453-0904 with your order number and reason for return. Wait for return authorization before shipping. Once authorized, pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to our return address using a trackable method.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped by us, we cover return shipping costs.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Product Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my mirror?

Clean mirror glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and glass cleaner or a mixture of water and vinegar. Avoid spraying cleaner directly on the mirror; spray on the cloth instead. For frames, use a damp cloth with mild soap and avoid harsh chemicals.

How do I hang a wall mirror?

Most wall mirrors include hooks on the back for hanging. Use appropriate wall anchors or screws based on your wall type (drywall, plaster, concrete). For heavy mirrors, we recommend using wall studs or heavy-duty anchors. If you're unsure, consult a professional installer. Installation hardware is not included.

Can wooden frames be damaged by moisture?

Yes, excessive moisture can damage wooden frames. If using mirrors in bathrooms or humid areas, ensure proper ventilation to prevent warping or deterioration.
